The Header (or header) and Footer (or footer) sections are very important elements and are available on all pages of the website.
For this reason, when you add an element within the Header or Footer of your site it will be present on all pages. If, on the other hand, you move an element present in one of these sections, that element will only be added to the page you are working on.
To change the size of the Header:
1. Click and hold on the move icon in the green header bar
2. Drag up or down to increase or decrease the size of the header.
From the Header Setup icon you can:
- Fix the position, to always show the Header when a user navigates the bottom of the page
- Hide the header on a page (such as on a landing page where you don't want to allow the user to reach the other pages of your site).
To change the footer size:
1. Click and hold on the move icon in the green footer bar
2. Drag up or down to increase or decrease the size of the Footer
From the Footer Setup icon you can:
- hide the header on a page (such as in a landing page where you do not want to allow the user to reach the other pages of your site).
Good to know: you can add an element to the Footer by dragging it down, but you will not be able to move an element from the footer to the page. In order to move an element from the footer, you will need to duplicate the element and then delete the one in the footer.
