Double-click on the Booking component, and from the blue edit bar, select Booking management and choose the facility you want to access.
Inside this panel you will find:
Dashboard: through the calendar, you can view the booking days of the various rooms;
Reservations: here you can check the reservations of your guests or manually add new reservations to block dates;
Availability: here you can view all the rooms and set their Availability, as well as apply the Minimum Stay option or change the price for a specific day or period;
Rooms: here you can create and modify the rooms that make up your accommodation;
Services: within this panel you can add new services that your facility offers, both paid and free;
Seasons: here you can create new seasons or modify existing ones;
Discounts: here you can add discounts like in the case of a minimum stay or an early booking, or you can
create promotional coupons to give to customers;
Rate plans: here you can create new rate plans, for example by setting a plan with breakfast or free cancellation, and apply them to the rooms. Remember a room can only have one rate plan, so if there are multiple rates set, you will have to duplicate the rooms;
Notifications: here you can manage the automatic communications that will be sent by email to your users when the event occurs. For example, sending an email when the customer completes the reservation;
Partnership: here you can activate a network with users connected to our system and who use the Services component, to enter into an agreement and resell their services. For example, if your property is located near the sea, you may find a user nearby who offers a jet ski rental service;
Settings: here you can manage your facility information, such as address, payment methods, facility options (example: extra bed or different prices for children) and general settings related to check-in, check-out, the type of payment and additional costs;
Translations: in this panel you can translate the rooms and their description, as well as additional services, into the languages set within your site.
