If you use our platform to create a website for a hotel, B&B or holiday home you will find that it is really very simple: thanks to our advanced booking system, you can receive reservations from all parts of the world and manage any customer request: reservations rooms, services, spa, restaurant and much more your facility offers. To create your booking site, follow our simple guide.
4 simple steps are enough to start creating the website of your accommodation facility.
After adding the booking component, double click to display the blue edit bar and select Manage booking.
Click on Create and start creating your property:
Enter the general information: choose Accommodation as the type of facility and fill in the fields with the name of your accommodation and address;
Set the seasons of your calendar: in this way you can better manage the prices of reservations. Here you can define the periods of high, low or mid season. Recurring check to make the seasons valid also for the following years. You can change the season by clicking on the pencil icon or delete it by clicking on the trash can icon;
Add the services offered by your structure: if you have additional services, such as a minibar, a safe, wi-fi, etc., you can add them here and decide which ones to pay for and which ones to provide for free. In the event that they are subject to a fee, add the relative price, define whether it is applied per room or per person and the validity, or per night or for the entire booking period. Click on the pencil icon to edit or on the trash can icon to delete;
Set and customize the general rules of your structure: Here you can set the time slot for check-in and check-out, the type of payment among those proposed, the tourist tax and any additional costs per night.
Click on Next to confirm the creation of your booking structure.
