Speed and efficiency are two fundamental requirements for the good management of an accommodation facility.
In the Booking Management panel you will find the Availability section, in the menu on the left, where you can quickly check specific information relating to the availability of a certain room, as well as make it unavailable for a specific day or period.
You can filter your search by room type and period.
In the sections relating to the rooms, you have access to some options:
Quantity: you can set a different quantity for the room indicated in order to increase its availability. You can operate by clicking on the number shown in the day column or by clicking on the quantity text to select a period;
Price: you can easily change the room price for a specific day by clicking on the price currently present on that day, or by clicking on the price text to set a different price in a specific period;
Minimum stay: you can quickly change the minimum stay on a specific day or period, by clicking on the single number or on the minimum stay text to apply it to an entire period;
On some days you can see colored dots:
Green: indicates that the room is free for that day;
Yellow: indicates that the room is locked by the manager;
Red: indicates that the room has already been booked or is not available.
If the dot is green, clicking on it will turn red and indicate that the room will not be available for that day.
To restore availability, thus resetting the green dot, simply set the quantity to 1 or more.
