You can create automatic messages by going to the Automations panel. By clicking on the + at the top right, a panel will open from which you can choose the origin of the event, or the category to which it will belong: E-commerce, Booking, Services and Website.
Then you can choose the type of event that will vary according to the origin.


E-commerce

Among the e-commerce events, you can choose to set the message based on the customer's order status.
- Delivered: Schedule an automatic notification for users who have received their order;
- Processing: Schedule an automatic notification for users who have made a purchase;
- In preparation: Schedule an automatic notification for users with orders in preparation;
- Shipped: Schedule an automatic notification for users with orders shipped;
- New Order: This notification is sent when a customer places a new order on your e-commerce;
- Order canceled: This notification is sent when you cancel an order in your e-commerce;
- Order withdrawn: This notification is sent when you set that an order of your e-commerce has been withdrawn by the customer who had booked it;
- Order ready for collection: This notification is sent when you set that an order of your e-commerce is ready to be collected by the customer;
- Order ready to be shipped: This notification is sent when you set that an order from your e-commerce is ready to be shipped;
- Unpaid order: This notification is sent when an order from your e-commerce has been registered but not paid;
- Order to be paid in cash: This notification is sent when a customer asks to pay for the order placed on your e-commerce in cash;
- Order to be paid on delivery: This notification is sent when a customer asks to pay the order placed on your e-commerce by cash on delivery;
- Order to be paid by bank transfer: This notification is sent when a customer asks to pay for the order placed on your e-commerce by bank transfer;
- Order partially shipped: This notification is sent when you set that an order from your e-commerce has been partially shipped.

All events send notifications only if the credit in the account is present and positive. The only event that is sent at no cost concerns the New Order, which sends an email as soon as a customer places a new order in the e-commerce.

Finally, you must select the channel through which the message will be sent to the user, including SMS, Push Browser, Mail or Chat, and the chosen language.

Booking
Among the Booking events it is possible to choose to set the message based on the status of the reservation:
- Reservation to be confirmed: It is possible to schedule an automatic notification for users who are awaiting confirmation of the reservation.
- Booking confirmation: You can schedule an automatic notification for users who have received the booking confirmation.
- Reservation cancellation: An automatic notification can be scheduled for users who have canceled a reservation.
- Check-in: It is possible to schedule an automatic notification for users who have checked-in at the accommodation.
- Check-out: It is possible to schedule an automatic notification for users who have checked out in the accommodation facility.

Website
You can set an event during User Registration. This allows you to schedule an automatic notification for users who have completed registration on the site.

Services
Among the events of the Services component, you can choose to set the message based on the status of the reservation:
- Confirmation of service reservation: It is possible to schedule an automatic notification for users who have received the confirmation of the service reservation.
- Cancellation of service reservation: It is possible to schedule an automatic notification for users with canceled reservation.
