By clicking on the blue Send Message button, push notifications can be sent to the customer's browser.
After selecting Push Browser, you will need to proceed by filling in the required fields.
In the Message Sending Label you can enter a personal label to take into account the type of notification you are sending. This field will be visible in the Statistics panel.
It is essential to enter the Title and Message that the notification will have when it appears, with any link to a page that will redirect the user after clicking on the popup.
You can choose an image to be displayed at the time of sending the notification, by clicking on the + icon of Upload Image and trying to respect the 192x192 pixel dimensions, with png format.
Subsequently it will be necessary to select the list of users to send the notification to, and to do so, simply click on the Select List button and check the desired list or lists.
At the end click on Send Message to start the notification.
N.B: The customer must have agreed to receive notifications from the browser, and his browser must be enabled to show these notifications.
